Who is responsible for vehicle damage that occurs when a vehicle parks on the wrong side of dirt road on private property and a person loading motorcyle into trailer accidently puts a dent in vechicle?

More than likely the person loading the motorcyle will be. You still have a duty to not hit something as big as vehicle, and even though you say on the wrong side of the road, not sure that would hold up on private property, could you have asked them to move the vehicle, etc? Now, this is not to say that the parked vehicle is absolutely without fault, they may be assessed some percentage of negligence. File it with yours and the other companys insurance and the adjusters will investigate the loss, and come to a decision or if they cannot agree they can file it in arbitration....good luck to you......
