More than likely the person loading the motorcyle will be. You still have a duty to not hit something as big as vehicle, and even though you say on the wrong side of the road, not sure that would hold up on private property, could you have asked them to move the vehicle, etc? Now, this is not to say that the parked vehicle is absolutely without fault, they may be assessed some percentage of negligence. File it with yours and the other companys insurance and the adjusters will investigate the loss, and come to a decision or if they cannot agree they can file it in arbitration....good luck to you......

IN THE STATE THAT YOU ARE MOVING TO OR WANTING TO REGISTER YOUR VECHICLE FROM, ALL YOU REALLY HAVE TO DO IS GO TO THE DMV AND REGISTER IT THEIR.. that's what we did =] Remember- once your vechicle is registered to another state, your car will no longer be registered from the one it was from.. you will have to go trought the same prosses once again to register it from the state it first was
