Because of the extreme damage to the temples built by the Toltecs in 1000AD by the Aztecs (in Teotihuacan), there is no known leader of the Toltecs in any given time period, however, it is known that the leaders of the Toltecs were the high priests of their religion and culture.

there is more than one toltec god their gods are listed below:

Quetzalcoatl the plumed serpent god

Tezcaltlipoca, the god of night and darkness, Centotl, god of corn, Tiloc, the god of rain and vegetation, Tonatiuh the solar god, and finally, Itzaploti, the god of butterfly of obsidian.

During the Aztec Reign, there were many leaders, however, the leader at the time when the Spanish Conquistadors attacked was Montezuma III
