The last Prophet of Islam to whom present day Islam is associated was Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAW). He didn't Found Islam. He was commanded by Almighty God to preach to humans the message of Islam.
The holy book revealed to him is named the Qur'an. It is the complete code of life. The Muslims believe that it is the word of Almighty God revealed to the last Prophet (SAW) through Arch Angel Hazrat Gabriel (AS).

The sacred Text of Islam is the holy Qura'an, the last book (the former being the Tora, the Zaboor, The Bible and a few others ) of Allah Almighty, revealed to the last Prophet of Islam Hazrat Muhammad (May peace be upon him).
