There is no named patron of the Jewish people. However, I suppose St. Teresa Benedicta of the Cross (born Edith Stein) could be considered as a patron saint for Jewish converts. She converted to Catholicism after being born a Jew. She became a nun and was captured by the Nazis and sent to the concentration camp of Auschwitz where she died.
