According to the great poet Homer, it is the mortal youth Ganymede, the cup bearer of the Gods, lover of Zeus. He was the only one of Zeus's lovers that was so endeared by Zeus that he was granted immortality and eternal youth.
There are many beautiful mortals that were desired by the Greek deities - they lived in different times and so could not be compared together, as Paris judged between Hera, Athena, and Aphrodite, no one judged beauty between the gods of Olympus.
The gods and goddesses of the Greeks were thought by the Greeks to be especially beautiful - it depends on how you judge, if, like Paris, you think that the god of beauty and love is the most beautiful of the immortals then it would be Cupid/Eros, we don't think so of now, for his images are boy children with wings.
Ares was certainly thought worthy by lovely Aphrodite, and he was god - not only of war and the battle lust we know him for - but, civil order and courage. He certainly could not be ugly, for with Aphrodite he was responsible for the birth of Eros (god of 'striking/falling' love) and Anterôs (god of love returned).
Zeus can not be forgotten, for his many affairs, not all of which were with ignorant mortal women who did not know of the threat of Hera's wrath. Certainly while we imagine him as a white haired man, he was not always depicted in such a way, after all - Zeus could change his appearance as he so often demonstrated.
Hephaestus, his only disfigurement was after all in his twisted body - there was nothing ugly in the golden decorations and art he created along side the weapons of gods and goddesses.
Dionysus might be though fairer then Apollo, for he is certainly younger - as god of wine, vegetation, pleasure and festivity; he was certainly inviting.
Hermes, god of animal husbandry, roads, travel, hospitality, heralds, diplomacy, trade, thievery, language, writing, persuasion, cunning wiles, athletic contests, gymnasiums, astronomy, and Astrology. Was certainly varied and a well traveled adventurer, you would not be bored and he was certainly a sight to see a beardless youth, handsome and athletic.
Poseidon too, had his fair share of lovers both mortal and divine, and why not when depicted as a mature man of sturdy build with a dark beard?
Apollo was considered beautiful because he was associatedwith many talents people find lovely/beautiful; of light, prophecy and oracles, healing, plague and disease, music, song and poetry, Archery, and the protection of the young.
In the end, beauty of the immortals must end in your own judgment - be wary, that was Paris' folly.
