The morning of July 14, 1966, 8 student nurses were found murdered in a residence on Chicago's south side. There was only one Survivor, 23 year old Corazon Amurao, from the Philipines. The suspect was Richard F. Speck, an unemployed seaman. He was brought to trial in April 1967 and found guilty. He was sentenced to death but the sentence was reduced to 400 years in prison.
Males nurses also existed in the service during the cold war. Female military nurses served: 1. WWII-68,000 female nurses; 200 were killed. 2. Korea-600 female nurses, none allowed to serve on the front lines. 3. Vietnam-7,500 female nurses; none allowed to be on the front lines, 8 were killed, all but one by accidents.

I think there was 9 women, but one got away, so that'd be 8. They were all student nurses in Chicago. He raped a lot of them. The one that got away hid under a bed and waited until he was gone until she was able to slip away out of a window. I'm not sure of the names.
