It occupied a large room in size
Their active components were vacuum tubes (which were large) which generated lots of heat (which needed a large cooling system to remove that heat from the computer).
Howard Hathaway Aiken invented the first large scale computing system which would eventually be named the Harvard Mark I Computer in 1944. The inventor of the first computer was actually Konrad Zuse who invented the first Z1 computer.
Early computers created in the first half of the 20th century, such as the 1946 University of Pennsylvania's Moore School of Electrical Engineering's ENIAC computer, were built based on theories set forth by Alan Turing, but these computers were large, unwieldy, and limited in their ability to be programmed. The first personal computer commercially available which resembles modern personal computers was the 1977 Apple II, created by Steve Wozniak.
The National Computer Center of Nepal had an IBM 1401 at least several years before 1978. It was use for many purposes including census and Royal Nepal Airlines. It was certainly the first large computer used there.

Dell and HP are large computer manufacturers. Apple is also large if you like Macs.
as large as a fridge
Your question can be read in two different ways. First, what is the meaning of the term "apple logo". It is the corporate symbol of the Apple computer company. Secondly, what is the symbolic meaning of this logo? An apple is a simple, basic part of human existence, and its choice as both the name and corporate logo suggests the desire to make computers a simple, basic part of life as well (which to a large extent, Apple has succeeded in doing).

In 2001, it looked like a triangular prism.
SOLVER is a large problem answer provider, it does not answer trivial questions however, in fact no one to date has submitted a question important or large enough to awaken the SOLVER.
The term Personal Computer dates back to the early 1960's when people were predicting such devices at a time when computer users had to share a connection to a large mainframe computer. The Hewlett Packard 9100A was advertised as a personal computer in the late 1960's but would be considered a programmable calculator today. With the arrival of microprocessor chips in the early 1970's early personal computers were sold in a kit form that people had to build themselves. The Apple I was one of the first personal computers to be sold ready built. This was replaced by the Apple II which was marketed as a personal computer in 1977. Other early personal computers include the Commodore PET and the Tandy TRS-80.So... to answer the question: No Apple did not create the term Personal Computer but it was one of the first creators of personal computers.

No the first computer was meant for calculations and was extremely difficult to use, expensive, and large. It also did not have the GUI that you know of today.
It was huge! Around the size of an entire room.
