People connect Kyarumba Islamic Centre with BEIDA but Kyarumba Islamic centre (KIC) is older than Bukonzo East Islamic development association (BEIDA). Neither of the two is the proprietor of the other. Only that the Mosques under BEIDA supported the idea of Kyarumba Islamic Centre after Kyarumba Mosque alone having planned to start it.

Secondly when BEIDA stated, KIC became one of its members.

Kyarumba Islamic Centre also gave /paid a contribution /subscription of 20,000 to BEIDA as a member by the initiator/ Imam Kyarumba Mosque. So if Kyarumba Islamic Centre belonged to BEIDA why did the association accept its subscription as applied to its members? And this was the yardstick for any institution to be a member of BEIDA.

BEIDA as an association has never contributed anything to Kyarumba Islamic Centre but Kyarumba Islamic Centre subscribed (contributed) twenty thousand shillings to BEIDA. If this is true which of the two institutions BEIDA and Kyarumba Islamic Centre is older than the other/which is the master of the other? Therefore, the argument of BEIDA and its allies that Kyarumba Islamic Centre belongs to six Mosques is a contradiction which defeats logic because how do you claim a member of an association as a property of the association?

This is theft by treat because the father cannot be the son and verse visa. People should stop confusing others who were not there when Kyarumba Islamic Centre started.

Titles of Imam and Director:

About the title of Director, it has no problem because it is not "Haram" in Islam to be used. I am using it as the Initiator but after me it will be replaced by Principal and currently I can even sign as the Principal; nothing bad with it.

In other words, whoever will come after me will not be the Director but Principal and with certain qualifications.

Therefore, that should not worry people. This is even stressed in the constitution of Kyarumba Islamic Centre of 2005.

About the Imam Kyarumba Mosque; I have been the Imam of Kyarumba Mosque since 1995 and was appointed in 1998, but however I started working for UMSC Kyarumba Mosque far back as 1982 as secretary general and slaughtering. Currently I am the Imam Kyarumba Mosque and Director Kyarumba Islamic Centre. I have never handed any of the two posts.

I am able to work in both the Mosque and school because:-

1- I am the initiator of the school and Imam Kyarumba Mosque.

2- I am a qualified teacher in both primary and secondary Education.

Therefore, it is not a guarantee that the Imam of Kyarumba Mosque will always have direct hand /control in the school/ does not qualify him any little in the school. (Being the Imam of Kyarumba Mosque has nothing to do with the school unless elected).

This should be clear and understood by everybody to head the Mosque does not mean having control over the school as people think currently/Heading the school. There are 2 different entities.

Moslems should learn/know 6 things:

- Respect of elders and other people.

- Thanks /thanking people who might have struggled for things to be put in place/exist.

- Do not appreciate people by chasing them away.

- Tell the truth even if it is bitter.

- Show transparency

- Deal with people with equality

The Muslim Ummar/Community especially in Uganda has got 6 major problems:

1. Discussions are made by the minority and are applied to the majority.

2. Lack of accountability

3. Lack of transparency

4. Corruption/bribery (bribe)

5. Ignorance brought by lack of education

6. Poverty

7. Lack of proper planning

Advice to the leaders of Islam:

· Learn to tell the truth, be transparent, always make/show proper accountability especially finance and material property/items.

· Do not sit and make/take decisions to instruct people to follow but call people and plan with them.

· Respect the subordinates they also have something developmental better than yours. Do not mistreat them.

· Leaders are only guiders/co-ordinators but not always decision makers without consulting the subordinates.

· Fear ALLAH for accountability of all/every thing

· Encourage your people to send the children to school/for education

· Work hard and plan in advance for your people.

· Do not beg your subordinates for your survival/do not be like beggars amongst the people you lead.

· If a discussion is made by a leader should be in favor of the people he leads not himself because such a leader will not remain a leader for ever. Leaders come and go. It is just a matter of time.

It is also true that Kyarumba Islamic Centre has no teachers of Arabic studies. The reason is that teachers are not available. Those who can try it at an alimentary level demand for payment beyond our salary scales/reach even when they are not at a level of teaching a secondary school. We are ready to accept any teacher of Arabic who can also accept the salary scale that can be given to him within our range of payment.

During the period 2004 - 2007 was a hard period in terms of finance due to very low enrolment i.e. fees collections was also very low (very little).

However, also 2008 and 2009 were expensive because it was when the school chased for a license, Registration, UNEB centre and UPPET programmes, and all of them were achieved in that period. That exercise was not easy; it took a lot of money.

In 2010 - 2013 the enrolment has been increasing hence need for more construction work and UNEB Centre expansion.

About the initiator's debt in the school, from the beginning/planning stage; the initiator promised to assist the school/centre in monitory terms with hope that at a certain time, the schoolnot Mosque would refund the money at no interest; this commitment is still continuing.

Before the school started/opened on Monday 02/02/2004, the initiator had given in 2,119,250= thus from January, 2002 to February, 2004. Between 2004 and 2007 the initiator had given in more 4,673,750=. Thus making a total of 6,793,000=.

And between 2008 and 2012 the initiator has given in more 8,198,000= (in terms of bricks, beams, timber (mbaho), iron sheets etc).

Thus currently now the school owes the initiator an amount of money worthy 14,991,000=.

However the initiator (Kalemire Juma) between 2002 and 2007also had given a Sadaka of 7,005,000= to the school.

The donation from Saudi Arabia was meat construct a school not to be diverted to something else and that the money should be used properly without misappropriations. And the money was used properly as expected. Evidence is the structures/buildings on site. 2 blocks; comprising of 7 classrooms, 2 offices and 2 toilets Nobody would do that work at a cost of 69,520,000= only. This means that every classroom was constructed at an average of 7,500,000= by 2008.

Conclusion:

I am tired of people who are talking/giving false evidence/information about Kyarumba Islamic Centre. After this document is out; whoever will propagate any information about Kyarumba Islamic Centre should attach evidence/written documents accompanying his propagation.

People should stop talking about the existence and development ofKyarumba Islamic Centre because worldwide there is nobody who knew that such an institution (Moslem founded) would ever exist at Kyarumba Mosque, otherwise this is a test to all Moslems. The successors in this institution should be careful when handling issues /matters (making resolutions).

Nobody apart from Allah knows; therefore leave Kyarumba Islamic Centre free from confusion. There is a lot to come for Kyarumba Islamic Centre from Allah who decided its existence.

These people who have been reporting wrong/false information about Kyarumba Islamic Centre have blocked more donations from Saudi Arabian and other Moslem organizations to Kyarumba Islamic Centre just through wrong /false reporting. They must fear Allah, they will be judged accordingly.

Otherwise the work done from the 69,500,000= is supposed to prompt someone to give in more yet the proposal submitted was more than what was given.

In other words this wrong reporting must have been carried up to the donors. And in case if this is true then I don't know how Allah will judge such a person. And if such a person is there and still exists, he should seek for forgiveness from Allah but after he has removed his falsehood from our donors.

If people are attracted by Kyarumba Islamic Centre and want to join it' let them look for proper channels to join not through distorting its image by reporting information of which they have no knowledge.

They should stop deceiving people for knowing more about Kyarumba Islamic Centre and trying to tell the world they contributed more than others/ that they were thrown out after their contributions.

Everything has its own time, and one will never force himself to lead something before time if you are to lead.

For us Moslems we still need a lot to do/have if they are those who think have the power also to work/initiate; let them also initiate other institutions because we need them as Moslems; instead of searching for cheap popularity hence leading to under development of the Moslem world/universe.

I am strongly warning people who are talking evil of me under Kyarumba Islamic Centre for us we need donors and sponsors for Kyarumba Islamic Centre let those/such people look for us donors and sponsors; then we shall also recognize their assistance/ funding/contribution to Kyarumba Islamic Centre and be put in our books.

However whoever is ready to challenge this document can do so with full evidence with written documents showing how much contribution he/she put in Kyarumba Islamic Centre and has not been captured in this document and will also be put in record(s).

However it is true that people have worked in this school and are no longer working. Some stopped themselves, others went to look for green pastures and others went but had bad behaviors (records) and hence cannot be allowed back.

We do not want errant workers for our development to continue.

Whoever will claim Kyarumba Islamic Centre basing on whatever grounds should produce clear and full evidence in terms of funding/financially given to Kyarumba Islamic Centre by such a person/not referring to any other regardless of linage /relation.

And only his/her money should be given to him/her at no interest if the documents are proved to be true and correct NOT the school. The school will remain for UMSC whose eye is Kyarumba Mosque

Whoever wants to benefit from Kyarumba Islamic Centre should either:-

1. Go to school and come and work/serve at Kyarumba Islamic Centre with academic documents.

2. Or Use your money and pattern/invest with /in Kyarumba Islamic Centre (Tender system)

3. Or bring your academic documents that qualify you to serve at Kyarumba Islamic centre.

4. Or accept to come and serve as potters/support staff.

Whoever fills that can not fit in any of the 4 alternatives then should educate/send their children to school; they are the ones to benefit from Kyarumba Islamic Centre.
