Webster Thayer was a supreme court judge involved with the Sacco and Vanzetti Trial. Sacco and Vanzetti were Italian immigrants that were unfairly sentenced to death for a crime it was obvious they did not commit. Judge Thayer convicted these innocent men with very little evidence.

∙ 15y agoHe was the Judge of the Sacco Vanzetti trial in May 21, 1921. Sacco and Vanzetti were Italian anarchists who were accused of murdering a factory worker and armed payroll robbery. The trial lasted over seven years and in the end the two men were executed. Many Americans thought Judge Webster Thayer's choice was made on a purely biased mindse.
