Reagan, by far. Reagan overcame the spread of communism and led to the bringing down of the Berlin Wall. His tax cuts, economic policies, "Reaganomics", led the way to an unprecedented boom (in the 90s) unparalleled in the recent history of the United States. By the end of his administration, only one super power remained standing--the USA!
