The question's not correct. Modern US bills (since 1928) have featured portraits of 3 people who were never president:
Alexander Hamilton, $10
Ben Franklin, $100
Salmon P. Chase, $10000 (no longer in use)
Bill Clinton is the only Arkansan President.
No president is IN a $50 bill. After all, it would be very cramped. The person ON a US $50 bill is President Ulysses S. Grant.
The only real person ever depicted on a US $1 bill is George Washington.
President Abraham Lincoln
President Abraham Lincoln
Yes Bill Clinton lived in Europe for a while , but a person that was born outside the US even as a US citizen can not become a US President
US President George Washington.
William Henry Harrison.
A BILL does not automatically become a LAW. It must be passed and sent to the President. Only when the President signs the bill does it become law.See below link:
The US Constitution has a right to make bills, but only the US President has the exclusive right to sign the Bill and turn it into a law.
A pocket veto will be possible for the president only if Congress adjourns before the president has ten days to sign or veto the bill. If Congress adjourns during this period, the bill does not become law and is effectively vetoed.
That is the Vice President of the US. They only vote when there is a tie vote.
