The prophet in Islam who could speak to animals was prophet Moses PBUH and says in the Quran.
In my openion prophet Moses didnt speak to animals . Only prophet Solomon(King Solomon) son of( King David) who spoke to birds and also knew the language of ants. This is the only thing which has been mentioned in the Quoran. Dr. mohamed ibrahim
