Very good list, however the US & Finland did not exchange declarations of war, as far I know. Finland was officially at war with Great Britain & Soviet Union.
(Only as a co-belligerent w/ Nazi Germany against the USSR. Continuation War. Eventually the United Kingdom reluctantly issued a formal declaration of war on Finland due to pressure from Soviet Union. Britain sent bombers to impede mining under German control but the British were not attacking Finns. The formal declaration meant nothing but some financial restrictions and the seizure of shipping.)
Also, I italicized above those on the list that were actually puppet governments of the Axis, and did not represent the will of the people (ie Poland, Luxembourg, etc). Also Subhas Chandra Bose was a traitor that operated an opposition government, not actually in India.
