Shu and Tefnut
Nut is the daughter of Shu and Tefnut.
The god of the Earth is Geb; the goddess of the sky is Nut. Their parents are Shu a god of air; Tefnut a goddess of moisture, moist air, dew and rain in Ancient Egyptian religion. Nut is held apart from her brother-consort Geb by Shu.
Tefnut is a goddess, the mother of Nut and Geb, sister and consort of Shu; she was goddess of moisture and warm air.
There are many ancient Egyptian gods, most know of the Ennead the nine great Osirian gods: Atum, Shu, Tefnut, Geb, Nut, Osiris, Isis, Set, and Nephthys.
As the God of the earth, Geb was one of the most important of ancient Egypt's gods. According to the Heliopolis doctrine, he came from a line of important gods. His parents were Shu, the god of air, and Tefnut, the goddess of moisture, who were in turn the children of Atum.
In Ancient Egyptian religion, Tefnut, transliterated tfnt (tefenet) is a goddess of moisture, moist air, dew and rain.[1] She is the sister and consort of the air god Shu and the mother of Geb and Nut.-- from Wikipedia.org
well... Ra is known to be the father of the gods or "the" ancient Egyptian god. The Egyptians believed that in the beginning, the universe was filled with the dark waters of chaos. The first god, Re-Atum, came from the water. Re-Atum spat and this created the gods Shu (god of air) and Tefnut (goddess of moisture). The world was created when Shu and Tefnut gave birth to two children: Nut (goddess of the sky) and Geb (god of the Earth). Humans were created when Shu and Tefnut went walking in the darkness and got lost. Re-Atum sent his eye to find them. After finding them, his tears of joy turned into people. from wikipedia.
