There was no Persian and Spartan war. Persia invaded the Greek mainland on two occasions. The first time in 490 BCE, a punitive expedition against Athens and Eretria for supporting Miletus in revolt against Persia. An Athenian commander was Miltiades, the Persian one Datis. The second time was a general invasion of Greece, commanded initially by King Xerxes, with his land commander Mardonius. Greek commanders included the Athenians Themistocles and Aristeides and Spartans Eurybiades and Pausanias.
To reach Athens, the Persians wanted to go through a narrow pass called Themopylae. Fortunately for the Athenians, it was guarded by 300 Spartan soldiers who were famous for their strength and courage. They were led by Leonidas, the Spartan King. This way the Greeks were able to slow down the the Persian advance. The Spartan soldiers were killed to the last man.
The spartan or viking. It would be a spartan because his armor is bronze while a viking's armor is steel. Spartans show no mercy also the vikings but spartand train much more so it is a spartan win

Leonidas.
The Spartan confederation accepted Persian money to raise a fleet which could match the Athenian one.
Why would the Spartans fight a Spartan army? At the pass of Thermopylae 300 Spartan heavy infantry and 2,100 Spartan light infantry were part of a Greek force of about 8,000 which fought a delaying action against a Persian army in 480 BCE.
Spartan In a fair fight, yes Spartan would win, but Ninjas don't fight fair.
