Iraq is a law enforcement question. Can Iraq police their own country?
If you think it's a war...ask yourself "what country is fighting what country?" If the answer is "you don't know", then you've just answered it. No country is at war there. It's a stability problem...examples: Whose in charge? Where's the cops? Whose the President? Whose the Governor? Where's their court system? Where's their military?
Why is everybody running around with weapons and shooting them off into the air while people are trying to go to work or eat dinner in their living rooms? Try that in America and law enforcement will be there within minutes. Why isn't it happening in Iraq? Because they have a stability problem.
