I would believe that this answer is based off of a personal opinion. However, I would say that the second worst form of child abuse besides physical would be mental. Mental can cover anywhere to physical, verbal and emotional abuse.
The only way for child abuse to truly end would be for a totalitarian government to control every aspect of our lives.
why would you beat your child anyways. but yes you can be arrested for beating your child but on if they consider it child abuse. which in North Carolina is if you beat you child with anything besides our hand and it leaves a mark or bruise for more than twenty- four hours.
