Perhaps you need coffee, it will help you to focus. There has been new test that show that coffee is actually more helpful then bad, if you drink it moderately (1-2 cups a day). After you get moving on the things that you want to do, you can start to cut down on the caffeine if necessary. Right now just get the momentum going in the things the you want to do. Staying in action is the remedy. Stay out of your head as much as possible. Thinking is the enemy; stay busy.
