So you have either adware or spyware in your system. So I am going to give you a link that will allow you to download very useful software called Windows live onecare. Install threat fire which will enhance your antivirus protection Depends on where the waring message is coming from. If the pop-up is coming from your AntiSpyware software that you have installed on your computer, then just run your program and let it remove anything it finds. If however, it is a pop-up not associated with your program, you have spy-ware installed on your system. Disconnect from the internet and run your AntiSpyware program to remove it. If you do not have antiSpyware software installed, then I suggest you download Adaware SE and run it. Go to www.download.com and get Adaware SE. Other good free ones are Microsoft Antispyware and Spybot Search & Destroy.
