The governments are cracking down on racism and crime because if these social malaises are allowed to continue unabated, these will create severe Law and Order problem. Not only that, racism is a crime against humanity. Other social crimes are better looked after by the Police administration. But it would in the interests of all government concerned to crack down on racism and crime, to offer its citizens a peaceful environment to live in.
