It is important to change your car's oil every few thousand miles so that the car continues to run well. Unfortunately, oil and lube changes can be quite expensive if you go to the wrong place. Instead of going to a mechanic, think about going to a store that specializes in oil changes. Also, use coupons and discount deals whenever and wherever possible when visiting an oil change store.
THEY ARE SO EXPENSIVE BECAUSE EXPENSIVE PERFUME HAS A CERTIAN AMOUNT OF NATURAL INGREDIANTS WHICH IS VERY EXPENSIVE actually, its because the expensive perfumes usually contain musk oil.
It's becoming more scarce in the world.
If you are low on oil and need to top it off in between changes, then no. Just make sure you have the right weighted oil. Just don't overfill it as this may cause some damages. Too much oil can cause damage to essential (and very expensive) parts, so valves and gaskets COULD be at risk, as well as the crankshaft.
Plastics are made mostly from petroleum, and petroleum is getting more expensive. It is a non renewable resource, in the sense that there is only so much oil in the oil wells, and when it is pumped out, it does not get replaced. We might have to switch to agricultural sources of oil, which will be more expensive.
Well, they get oil and right now oil is expensive so they get more money. Plus not many people live there so to them it is better to drill there.
The oil is so expensive because our oil comes from the Persian Gulf and is shipped here. Since oil is originally from that area, it's pretty expensive. The distance is not the major factor in the price of a barrel of oil. The most important factors are the limited production of OPEC and the uncertainty caused by constant wars in the Middle East.
Most paint thinners are a petrochemical so the price is related to the price of a barrel of oil.
Normally, the supercharger will pull oil from the engines oil pan meaning that when you change the engine oil it also changes the oil in the S/C. However, the supercharger may have either its own reservoir or have an independent drain of its own. Due to the high temperatures this part may incur, I recommend a change when you change the engine oil sense the part is so expensive to replace and it has such strain placed on it.
