Mouse embryonic fibroblasts are inactivated by either chemical (Mitomycin-C) or radioactive (Cs-137) means before culturing with embyronic stem cells to prevent the fibroblasts from merging with the stem cells and creating a chimeric cell.
I belive you mean the NIH 3T3 cell line which is the mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line, capable of differentiating into multiple cell types - adipocytes, myocytes or chondrocytes.
A Mouse is a rodent.
No it can not a mouse is simply a hetrotropth

branch of chemistry related to mouse....it helps 2 kill mouse.....
Primary Mouse Embryo Fibroblasts
Lol "fibroblasts" they are cells

If bone marrow cells from the transplanted mouse can, in turn, be transplanted able to direct human embryonic stem cells.

Yes it is, but it is one that was created by science. The chimera mouse is not an evolved species. It is cute, all right, just like any other mouse but, unlike most other mice, it was created by scientists who injected embryonic stem cells from a wood mouse into an early embryo belonging to a house mouse. Doesn't sound that amazing? Please note that the species house mouse and wood mouse have less genetic material in common than those of human and chimpanzee. There are a few of these little guys around, but do not expect them to be wandering your walls. They live under laboratory conditions and are explained in more detail at: http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2007/10/071019093241.htm
Is the mother a mouse? Is the father a mouse? Then yes, it is a mouse.
All modern mammals. And most probably all animals who share the basic four-limbs-one-head-two-eyes-one-mouth body schematic during embryonic stage (fish, reptiles, and birds) according to studies of embryos.
Danger mouse, jerry mouse, micky mouse... take your pick!
Minnie Mouse is Mickey Mouse's girlfriend.
