All electrical power from large plants is fed into a grid system and distributed along high voltage lines, to wherever the load is required, which will include large cities and industrial areas. So nuclear power is no different to fossil fuelled power.

No. Nuclear power is more efficient because nuclear power is used as splitting atoms, making big bursts of energy, whereas coal power is simply burning coal. So nuclear power uses uranium fission to create energy (electricity), whereas coal power burns coal, emitting carbon. (Mind you, nuclear energy leaves behind radioactive waste - that is arguably easier to deal with for the time being. Not to mention that accidents at nuclear plants can have devastating environmental effects.
Well their are no disadvantages to nuclear plants, if your using them for nuclear power, as nuclear power is the safest type of energy in modern times. However disadvantages of nuclear weapons include well the ending of the planet, the possibility of it being stolen by terrorists or even it being spied on for another nation so it can create nuclear weapons.
a nuclear power station requires adequate cooling water, but that's true of any large power plant. The fuel can easily be delivered by road or rail, so no difficulty there. I would say the only areas not to be able to take nuclear plants are in highly populated places and large conurbations, and that is to prevent exposures to many people if there is an escape of radioactivity.
