As long as it's not something like "Kill all the Jews!" then I think so. It's discrimination which is illegal so...I'm atheist and plan on being the president but most Americans will automatically vote down an atheist president, which isn't illegal because it's what the people vote, but if I can't get a position in a law firm lets say because I'm atheist then yes that would be illegal.
