This is an internet rumor with no truth to it.
If, in particular, you are referring to the persistent YouTube comment that alleges that there is a "genocide against whites" that masquerades as multiculturalism or similar, this charge is demonstrably false. What is happening in the world today is that populations where a high percentage of women are being educated (such as USA, Canada, Europe, Korea, and Japan) are seeing much lower birthrates than the Developing World. As a result, the Immigration from the Developing World is making the majority populations of those countries smaller and smaller. The difference, however, between Western countries (USA, Canada, Europe) and the Eastern countries (Japan and Korea) is that the Western countries permit large immigrant populations to come in whereas the Eastern countries are much more selective. There are some, White individual in Western countries who fear becoming a minority and are, therefore, lashing out by claiming they are "under a genocide".
The claim is false because a genocide means that their race is being targeted by the government for elimination. This is not the case. All Whites have to do to maintain their percentage in society is to reproduce. There is no coordinated effort or otherwise to kill or target Whites. In fact, the majority of crimes in the United States, for example, are committed by minorites and the victims are themselves minorities.

Some were captured outright by slavers expressly for the purpose of being transported and sold, but this, while cheaper, was harder work.
