there are lots of psychological studies that have been preformed to help explain why human being feel emotions such as anger. you can Google them. you might want to examen your life and find the answer yourself. you can also do things to prevent anger such as writing ten things you are thankful for every day. its been proven that this exercise can improve self confidents and make you feel happy. google more exercises (sorry for the long answer)
