For it to be illegal means it would be against the law. However, if you were to get a diploma from this school, and it's accreditations are not recognized by the CHEA nor the USDE, nor would other schools or employers. then the diploma would have no value, which it doesn't, according to the above references. Pretty much nothing with the diploma alone. You should try either further studies in law, or finding a related subject (or one of interest) and proceeding in that. There is no diploma course in India for Law. If one completes law from a college or University not recognized by the Bar Council of India then there is no value to the decree obtained.
