Why can't Muslims gamble?

Muslims can't gamble (or practice chance games) in obedience to Allah (God in English and same God worshiped in Christianity and Judaism) as stated explicitly in Quran.

Quran says (Meaning English Translation):

O believers, this wine and gambling, these idols, and these arrows you use for divination, are all acts of Satan; so keep away from them. You may haply prosper. (90) Satan only wishes to create among you enmity and hatred through wine and gambling, and to divert you from the remembrance of God and prayer. Will you therefore not desist? (91) Obey God and the Prophet, and beware. If you turn away, remember, that the duty of Our Apostle is to give you a clear warning. (92)

ِAccordingly, gambling is strictly and explicitly forbidden per Islam teachings and God commands. Any explicit God command is mandatory to be followed at no questioning or debating. However, banning gambling per Islam religion is justified and could explained in the following:

• per Islam religion, earnings should be only against real licit work and real licit effort. Earning through gambling is on behalf of other losses and is not against a licit and real work.
• per Islam religion, having good relationships among the society members is of paramount importance and is the basis for a community to live in peace and love. Gambling is against these principles and it creates enmity among the gamblers.
• Gambling could be reasons of destroying families and productive institutions and businesses.
