Diet is the key to all of those exercise programs. You need to follow a strict diet in order to reap the full results (which is without a doubt, much easier said then done.) You are probably building lean muscle, which is helping you burn calories at a resting state, but I would examine what you are eating everyday (not saying that you aren't already.) Plenty of vegetables and a moderate amount of fruits, healthy nuts and grains, lots of lean protein (whey isolates, chicken, lean beef etc,) and avoid Trans fats. Drinking lots of water can help you feel full, keeps you hydrated, and cleans your system of impurities which can really help you shed the weight. Good for you for taking the initiative to participate in "Insanity" though! It is a challenging program, and with the proper dedication and commitment to diet, I have no doubt you can reach your goals!

Everything that goes in your body goes through your liver. If you have alot of fat in your liver you cant lose weight.
Most weight loss programs Actually help you, however if youre not perseverant, then no weight loss program will help you. Insanity is wonderful, although it is a bit hard to stick to. Just be determined and dont lose faith or hope!
