Many trees were planted and wells were dug out for the welfare of the people.He didnot even forced Jodhabai her wife to convert from Hindu to Muslims. He started a new religion Din-E-lllahi which was the religion of the God. No body was allowed to kill the animals, discriminate between religions, colour etc. in this religion. However this religion not had much followers so it was decayed until the death of Akbar.
