Then quit the game. Start the same game again, get one kill then quickly unplug your internet cord, pause the game, plug it back in, and quit. Rinse and repeat. Again, you can be banned from earning credits, and possibly more.

I would highly, highly, so very highly, advise you to turn off your vibration on your controller, or else your hands, well, um... they might kind of... vibrate so much that your skin and meat on your hands, just possibly, um, detach from your bones... This is creepily true... this is what I think about when I played it without turning off my vibration on my controller...
