may not be the answer you are looking for....but, have you tried to check throttle position sensor?? and does the car have a check engine light on??

when kick down the gas pedal to accelerate, the car downshift but then stalls and then engine stays rough until i turn off the engine and restart it then the engine runs normal again till the next kick down.

Why does your car stall when you depress the clutch when stopping?
If your car runs fine cruising, then coming to a stop (perhaps at an off-ramp) you press the clutch, let off the gas, and the car stalls, then most likely, you have a vacuum leak from your intake manifold or low fuel pressure. I had the same problem when I was out in Las Vegas. I think it's vapor lock. Take your gas cap off when it does that and let it sit for a little.
