Well some people think it's because a man should do it cause its proper but i think women have the right to do it to. i agree very strongly to that answer i think wemon should exercise that right more sighned (a guy)
Cardiovascular exercises, such as cycling, jogging, treadmills, exercise bikes. Use these to burn fat and keep the fat off by continuing the exercise regimen
Women have to make the right decision, and some times it takes time. And most of the time when women change there minds it's always the right decision.
