The United States constitution was a way to deal with the power issues in America and to distribute it equally, also it was made intended that no one person could take over and control the whole country.

"The Constitution of the United States of America is the supreme Lawof the United_States. It is the foundation and source of the legal authority underlying the existence of the United States of America and the federal government of the United States. It provides the framework for the organization of the Federal_government_of_the_United_Statesand for the relationship of the federal government to the states, to citizens, and to all people within the United States.

The Constitution defines the three main branches of government: a legislature, the BicameralismCongress_of_the_United_States; an executive branch led by the President_of_the_United_States; and a judicial branch headed by the Supreme_Court_of_the_United_States. The Constitution specifies the powers and duties of each branch. The Constitution reserves all unenumerated powers for the respective U.S._stateand the people, thereby establishing the Federalismof government."-wikipedia.org
