When leader Thomas Gage heard there was a stockpile of weapons in Concord he decided to march his army and seize the supplies.
1) Because the colonist dumped all the tea into the harbor (the Boston Tea Party)
2) Because ... i don't really know. but it could be about how the people met at the continental congress so they sent British troops to make sure there was nothing planned and they new that there might be war.
This led to the Revolutionary War which happened bewtween 1775-1783
hope this helps
I only know one it that is to destroy all of the colonists weapons.
It was known that the rebel colonists had munitions caches at these towns, especially cannon and powder.
To confiscate weapons stored there by the American militia.
The American Revolution actually began in 1775, with the Battles of Lexington and Concord. The Declaration of Independence was written in 1776 in order to justify the reasons for the Revolution.
In 1775, on what turned out to be the first day of the American War for Independence, the Concord "skirmish" happened mainly for three reasons. First, word had spread quickly of the one-sided battle at Lexington earlier in the day, and colonists were eager to make a better showing against the British troops. Second, patriotic fever was running very high in New England, and the British march to Concord came as a challenge that the local patriots were no longer willing (or perhaps even able) to ignore. Third, a large number of patriots had gathered at Concord, and the odds of a favorable battle were in their favor.
William Prescott was most famous for The Battle Of Bunker(Breeds) Hill. It was the first formal Battle of the American Revolution, it happened shortly after the shots had been fired at Lexington and Concord.
the British levied too many taxes on them.
Find out what the reasons were and decided what were not the reasons.
At the formal start of the American War for Independence, the Battles of Lexington and Concord led to support for the independence movement for several reasons. For one thing, the Lexington battle demonstrated yet again the British willingness to shed American blood, and this galvanized many Americans. For another thing, the American victory at Concord inspired confidence in many Americans that the British could be beaten in a war.

s shooting in a linethe colonists guerrila warfare tactics opposed to the british shooting in a line, we used the element of surprise to attack them off guard to win the battles of lexington and concord . and finnaly we knew the terrain better then them so we had also had an advantage o and a fourth reason our commanders had were great military thinkers they did trapped the british and overcame an army the size 2:1 of them.
Because Australia was a part of the British Empire. Because Australia was a part of the British Empire
In April of 1775, General Gage ordered British troops to Concord for two reasons. First, he suspected (rightly) that military weapons had been hidden there by rebellion-minded colonists; the troops were to uncover and destroy those arms. Second, several rebel leaders were rumored to be in hiding in Concord; the troops were to identify and arrest those leaders, if the opportunity to do so arose.

What are some possible reasons why the king decided to allow the Portuguese to begin trading?
The Colonists were angry that the British were not listening to them. The British had a view of "virtual representation," that all territories would be taken into account. The colonists held the view of "real representation," that the rep. had to be from the territory he represented and has to live there in order to understand the needs of the people. The people were also being taxed by the British. They were used to self taxation, but the British imposed the tea tax and stamp tax on the colonies. Thomas Paine, a writer at the time, also encouraged that the colonies break away from the British government in his paper "Common Sense." There are other reasons that built up resentment, such as the Quartering Act, Intolerable Act, Quebec Act, and French and Indian War. Eventually, these problems led to Lexington and Concord, the first armed confrontations against the British, which basically started the Revolutionary War.
The American colonists were British citizens, but they were denied the right to have representatives in the British government - a guaranteed right of those citizens still residing in England. It was known as "Taxation without Representation" and was one of several reasons that the colonists decided to rebel against "Mother England" and King George.
