it could be a break in the wire somewhere, short in the system, bad switch, bad servo motor, or something along those lines. only way to find out is see if their is power going to the motor. if their is power going to the motor than its a bad motor and replace it. if their isnt, follow the wire to its powersource and see if it is broken anywhere.
