You may be referring to something called "torque roll." If a RWD car (or truck) uses a live axle in the rear, then all the torque coming out the back of the transmission creates an equal (and opposite in direction) torque against the frame, specifically applied at the motor mounts. Things can be done with the suspension to disguise it, but the only way to completely eliminate torque roll would be to physically separate the rear differential housing from the suspension.
