I have a 99 gs and mine is in front of the passenger rear tire underneath the car.
You should be able to find it under the front passenger seat.

I have a 2000 eclipse and its under the car to the left. The oil filter is near the passenger front tire. The transmission plug is on the drivers side so they are hard to confuse.

yes in most cases, on the front and rear. the rs only had abs on the front two however.
Horns generally can not be repaired but replaced. On a 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse the horn is located inside the front bumper. To replace it disconnect the mounting bolts and remove it. Replace with a new horn.

Yes it can. I own a 95 eclipse and have put a 97 front bumper on it. It is slightly lower to the ground but fits great! it wont fit my eclipse and its a 95
