We experienced the same symptom twice, turned out it was worn rubber bushings on the front sway bar. There is one bushing on each side of the vehicle. One located almost directly below the gas pedal location and another on the passenger side. First time it was repaired under warranty coverage and when it happened again 50,000 kms later, I did the work myself. Look for a long metal rod about 1 inch in diameter under the vehicle behind the front wheels. There are two bolts holding each bushing clamp to the frame of the van, sort of a U shaped metal piece. The bushings are split so they can be opened enough to replace without removing the sway bar completely. Sort of like placing a arm bracelet over ones wrist. Hope this explains it. good luck.
Ken.
