You have a coolant leak somewhere. After a good drive and you are parked for the night, put down a large piece of clean cardboard under the front half of the vehicle. Check it the next day and you may find a spot or two on the cardboard. This should help you determine where it is coming from.

Your car will not neccessarily smell like Antifreeze if your water pump is going, in my personal experience it sounds like your HEATER CORE is shot. That is what usually makes that smell, unless you spilled some on the engine. Also, if the water pump was going the car would run hot and/or overheat.
