I believe the Solara is the same as the Camry. You have to remove part of the center console to access the adjustment.

It is probably the brake lights that are on due to a misinstalled or damaged brake light switch.

you forgot to plug in the brake fluid sensor.
The switch on your brake pedal that controls the lights is most likely stuck, try some WD40 before replacing it.
Check the bulbs, the fuse and the brake light switch.
