Who is the bully in John Walsh poem the bully asleep?
The bully is all the children in the poem. The child asleep features some characteristics of a bully from having a poor home life, poor levels of achievement in school and also being bullied himself. This may lead us to believe he is a bully and has at some point bullied the children now taking the oppurtunity to get revenge on him. They are also bullies as they are displaying the behavioral characteristics of bullies.

There is no point at all. Bullies are people who are usually not confident in themselves and they put others down to make themselves feel superior. Or sometimes they are experiencing personal issues and need a way to vent their anger and frustration and so they bully others to get rid of the feelings they hold inside. There is no excuse for how they make others feel. The bullies should, rather than be bullies, ask for help rather than take their anger out on the people more vulnerable.
What are bullies that are nice?
Probably manipulators. If a bully is being nice, it most likely means they are being manipulative. Among the worst of the bullies are those who feign friendliness for a while. That is the "grooming" phase where they are setting you up. They will eventually switch to a betrayal phase. At that point, they will reveal any secrets you shared or use them against you somehow, and they will be extremely cruel to you.

Unfortunately, at that point, he wouldn't be able to say anything. Too bad the victim didn't understand bullies are just going though emotional issues. They need to shatter one's sense of self to gain a false sense of superiority. In high school, this one guy on the football team bullied me. Well, many years later while at a bar, we randomly ran into each other. He apoligized and said his father had died in his freshman year. So, if the victim decides to be a survivor, then the bully can provide a genuine apology. Of course, I'm from a town of only 100K.

Because they may have been raised, or otherwise dominated by bullies. This is how they learned to socialize. It is likely that they will require help to get to a point where they can have normal relationships.

No, bullying is not good for anyone including the bully. A bully generally is the way they are by the environment in which they grew up or, sometimes they may come from a good family, but are spoiled and allowed to do as they please. Bullies pick their targets such as girls; young boys or those that are smaller in stature to the bully. The bully is miserable and has to take it out on someone and the victims often are traumatized by constant bullying or not knowing when they will be bullied yet once again. The suicide rate is rising where some victims are bullied to the point they become extremely depressed and find no way out. In some States and in some Provinces of Canada students are grouping together to protect victims of abuse and it is working! Police also have a task force to catch cyberbullys and the laws are starting to become activated as to how to deal with these bullies. Parents are encouraged to be proactive in the groups to help against bullying.

if you are being bullied just tell the teacher first then if that dont help then tell the principal and if that doesnt stop it then pretend like it does bother you any more and they ll finally get the point and leave you alone and find sommeone else to pick on
