it is because , the sarcomas live in close association with blood vessels ,as they are the tumors arising in soft tissue which is rich has rich network of blood vessels, and also added to this sarcomas unlike carcinomas secrete factors which result in angiogenesis.

in point of being close to blood vessel good example in renal cell carcinoma lying close to renal vein spreads through blood
