Be sure that you are not using a Peroxide only solution as an all-in-one. Check that they have been cleaned properly, are not out of date and that you haven't exceeded the maximum wear-time. If you are looking after your lenses properly, you should always remove them and see your Optometrist in the event of pain or discomfort.
Also try using a product called "Refresh". It is made for contact lens wearers.
