But for some the need for that comfort and release in a stressful word cries out from their subconscious until take up a desire, for some the linked association of "babies only wear diapers" creates an infantilism connection, because the taboo and teaching of it being a undesired behavior for some it becomes a fetish with a sense of being "naughty", while some just simply enjoy wearing diapers as an alternative to any other form of underwear.
