Muscle weighs much more than fat. So you should weight train and build your muscle. This would actually cause you to gain weight. But it will burn the fat and get everything back into proportion. ahh, that's not something I hear everyday. Usually people with extra fat are AT LEAST an average weight, if not heavier/obese. I dunno you should talk to your doctor about it, it might not even be fat, or you're just imagining things or have anorexia.
