ANSWER:Acts:13:6-12:

6: And when they had gone through the isle unto Paphos, they found a certain sorcerer, a false prophet, a Jew, whose name was Bar-Jesus:

7: Which was with the deputy of the country, Sergius Paulus, a prudent man; who called for Barnabas and Saul, and desired to hear the word of God.

8: But Elymas the sorcerer (for so is his name by interpretation) withstood them, seeking to turn away the deputy from the faith.

9: Then Saul, (who also is called Paul,) filled with the Holy Ghost, set his eyes on him,

10: And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?

11: And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand.

12: Then the deputy, when he saw what was done, believed, being astonished at the doctrine of the Lord.

2Tm:3:8: Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

Acts:26:18: To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

Eph:5:11: And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

2Cor:6:14: Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

2Cor:6:16: And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

1Thes:1:9: For they themselves shew of us what manner of entering in we had unto you, and how ye turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God;

Lev:19:4: Turn ye not unto idols, nor make to yourselves molten gods: I am the LORD your God.

Lev:26:1: Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God.

1Chron:16:26: For all the gods of the people are idols: but the LORD made the heavens.

Rv:9:20: And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:

Ps:106:38: And shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan: and the land was polluted with blood.

Ezek:14:5: That I may take the house of Israel in their own heart, because they are all estranged from me through their idols.

Ezek:14:6: Therefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Repent, and turn yourselves from your idols; and turn away your faces from all your abominations.

Ezek:18:12: Hath oppressed the poor and needy, hath spoiled by violence, hath not restored the pledge, and hath lifted up his eyes to the idols, hath committed abomination,

Ezek:20:7: Then said I unto them, Cast ye away every man the abominations of his eyes, and defile not yourselves with the idols of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

Ezek:23:30: I will do these things unto thee, because thou hast gone a whoring after the heathen, and because thou art polluted with their idols.

Ezek:23:37: That they have committed adultery, and blood is in their hands, and with their idols have they committed adultery, and have also caused their sons, whom they bare unto me, to pass for them through the fire, to devour them.

Ezek:37:23: Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwellingplaces, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God.

Hab:2:18: What profiteth the graven image that the maker thereof hath graven it; the molten image, and a teacher of lies, that the maker of his work trusteth therein, to make dumb idols?

Ps:96:5: For all the gods of the nations are idols: but the LORD made the heavens.

Why do most Christians dismiss Paganism? For the same reason most dismiss falsehood when one has the truth,it is useless. If you were asked the question, who is the first President of the United States, and many suggested to you it was John Adams,or Thomas Jefferson, or Alexander Hamilton, but inwardly you knew beyond a shadow of a doubt it was George Washington. Would you consider for even a moment any of the wrong answers? No,you wouldn't, not even for a second.

AnswerThe reason is, because Christians believed that Pagans are evil. But in actuality, they can be more peaceful than Christians. The Term Pagan comes from the word Pagonus, which means "Villager". When king Solomon was forcing Christianity on the people, the villagers were harder to convert than normal city people. That is when King Solomon made it out to be that Pagans were Anti-Christian. Most people now believe that the Pagans are the same as Satan worshipers, but truly they don't even believe in anything relevant to Christianity. On a side note, most satanists don't really focus on Satan, they focus on living life without a moral code, they live life in a more "animalistic" approach. Christians say all the time that Jesus performed these miracles, and we argue, "Is this not Magic?". They then say that it is the Holy Ghost, or God, but in Actuality, the Dead Sea scrolls state that he was part of a group of people who could perform these same miracles. Also, on another side not, Catholics were not the first christians, it was the Babtists...(you should gather this by "John the Babtist"...) Alos, Christians say Magic is evil, but it is just like prayer, but in a more ritualistic practice. The Bible contradicts itself so much, the stories hold no evidence, the Bible is a way to teach people how to live through metaphoric stories. Adam and Eve, it teaches about self discipline and moral judgment. We can not really say that we started off with only two people, or else we would be saying that we are all commiting incest (another contradiction to itself). TRUE answerThe Bible is the TRUE word of God, and Pagans don't believe this. If the Bible doesn't say Paganism is the truth, than it absolutely is not. What is so strange, is that the people that worship the earth don't think anything about its creator. There is one truth. Take it or leave it. The entire world's history is in the Bible, and what is ignorant is that so many are wondering what on earth is happening with the world today. It is prophesied in that book. One day, every knee will bow. EVERY KNEE. AnswerBecause they were taught that Paganism is evil, without knowing that most Christian rituals are based on Pagan religion.

In the preceding chapter I have noticed some of the typical religious systems and beliefs from which Christ and Christianity were to a great extent derived. I shall next notice more particularly some of the socalled divine beings -- some of the gods, and some of the mortals endowed with supernatural gifts, belonging to these systems. I shall show that there were many sons of gods besides Jehovah's "only begotten Son"; that each of them possessed some attribute possessed by him; that all of them lived or existed in the minds of men centuries before his time; and that many of them were prototypes of him, and furnished in a large degree the ideas which suggested him, or which are associated with him and his religion. My list will comprise the following, all of whom were believed by their worshipers or followers to be of divine descent: Krishna, Buddha, Confucius, Laou-tse, Zoroaster, Mithra, Sosiosh, Adonis, Osiris, Horus, Zeus, Apollo, Perseus, Hercules, Dionysos, Prometheus, Esculapius, Plato, Pythagoras, Bacchus, Saturn, Quirinus, Odin, Thor, and Baldur.

What would you do without Jesus?

Without Jesus we wouldn't have the life we have now. No matter how bad we think our life is he would have been there for us. He is the only reason why I am walking talking and learning. Poeple who don't believe in God and Jesus is stupid. People need to be Christians. Christians have 50% better of a life.

Are there fees involved when you dismiss your bankruptcy?

A debtor can dismiss a Chapter 13 bankruptcy at any time without a fee, except perhaps for any remaining attorney's fees that have not been paid under the Chapter 13 plan. A debtor cannot voluntarily dismiss a Chapter 7 without filing a motion wiht the court. Even then, the debtor must be able to demonstrate that no prejudice to creditor if the Chapter 7 is dismissed. The debtor can convert the 7 to 13 (which does involve a fee) and then dismiss the Chapter 13.

Why do people say the god of Judaism is Lucifer?

Maybe that's an anti-Semitic canard. The name Lucifer does not occur in Judaism. The God of Judaism is the Creator of the universe, who gave the Torah. Sayng "the god of Judaism is Lucifer" is an easy way for fundamentalist Christians to dismiss Jewish arguments and beliefs without actually having to argue why their beliefs are a more accurate picture of the world. Additionally, it allows them to easily dismiss Jews as vile devil-worshipers and ignore their humanity.
