Why do most of the gender-specific questions here reflect male-to-female domestic abuse?

Because that is the only kind of question that has been asked on this topic, maybe? If someone would ask some questions about female to male abuse, then you'd find them here, too.
IMO, it would be, very few males are willing to admit they are being abused. Abuse of both and by both genders are under reported. The questions on this forum represent a very small percentage of abusive relationships.
Because the majority of abuse cases are men abusing women. And for the few cases that a man is being abused, he will not seek help as often as a women will. He is more likely to hide it.
Most abusers are males and most victims are females.
Because conditioning in society usually lends itself to male abusing female relationships. You know, the whole "the male is the head of the household" thing. Female to male abuse certainly exists, but men are usually too ashamed to admit it.
