It is normal for a cat's third eyelids (a tough membrane that originates in the inside corner of the eye) to show a little bit, particularly in breeds with large eyes relative to the ocular orbit.
If the eye is not red, oozing discharge, swollen or otherwise showing signs of infection, I would not worry about it. You can ask your veterinarian at your next well-kitten exam about it if you are deeply worried.
