Because compared to most modern standards, they do.
Obviously not every Arab and Muslim is discriminatory or oppressive, but neither are they the best examples.
Another opinion:
Because in many Arab and Muslim cultures they are not allowed to drive, or to travel without a male family member. Education is discouraged. They are forced to wear head to toe coverings in extremely hot climates. They are not allowed to date or marry the man of their choice, and in general, they are oppressed and kept out of power. Some are even killed by male family members in order to "preserve the family honor." These are some of the reasons why people think they are oppressed. It should be obvious to anyone viewing such restrictions that they are meant to keep women down, because they are. No doubt, someone will write another opinion below stating that Muslim and Arab women are not oppressed in any way and that they choose to live such lives. I doubt that any woman would "choose" to be oppressed, but some may be brainwashed into accepting their fate.
He hates them.
I think Muslims perfected geometry and geometric art at the same time that they did not allow people or animals in their art.
Before the British Mandate and the creation of the State of Israel , Palestine was for almost 500 years under the rule of the Turkish Ottoman Empire, who took it from Mameluks; also mainly Turks by origin. Mameluks took it from Arabs. So, for the last 800 years before the British mandate and the creation of the State of Israel Palestine was under Turkish rule. The population of Palestine under the Turkish rule consisted of:Christian and Jewish part:1. Jews, about 30,000 people in 1880;2. Christians, about 70,000`people in 18803. Muslim part, 246,000 people, of whom:Turks (of course; they were the official power there, as well as soldiers);Circassians, Albanians and other people whom the Turks incentivized to move to Palestine from other parts of the Ottoman Empire with the aim to push Arabs out of Palestine;Arabs, in the number of approximately 10,000 people according to the British General Allenby and to the British White Book.Summing up:In 1880, the combined non-Muslim population in Palestine was over 100,000 people. In 1880, according to the Census of the Ottoman Empire, only 246.000 Muslims lived in Palestine. These Muslims included Turks, Arabs, Circassians, Albanians and other Muslim people Turks brought from other parts of their Empire with the aim of completely pushing Arabs out of Palestine. They gave to this aim such a priority that they even put the strictest restrictions on Arab immigration to Palestine. The trick modern Arabs play is very simple. The word "Muslim" is strongly associated in the minds of the people of the West with the word "Arab". So, Arabs say: there were 250,000 Muslims in Palestine in 1880 and only 30,000 Jews. Then this statement is followed by the conclusion: Arabs were a majority in Palestine. Ethnic component is simply and nicely substituted with the religious one, and Turks, Circassians, Albanians become "Arabs, after which Palestine is declared " an Arab land". And people, especially young who, let´s be honest, are not too interested in all this "Palestinian story", do not even bother to think how all of a sudden 250,000 Muslims of the Turkish, Circassian, Albanian, Croatian origin in a wink became "250,000 Arabs". But the truth is that the number of Arab Muslims in Palestine in those years did not exceed 10,000 people. Other were Muslims- but not Arabs. But only 60 years later, in 1945, there were 1,200,000 ARABS in Palestine according to British statistics. Just imagine the rate of growth: from some 10,000 Arabs in 1880 to ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND Arabs in just 60 years! Where did they appear from? They immigrated to Palestine from Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq and Iran. If someone can offer other explanation for this never known in history population growth of 180 times in 60 years- he is welcome.
i think 10 or 11
The arabs invented caramelArabs invented caramel first. Some people think in the 19 hundreds that the old folks just found things and created it.But no the Arabs created it.
He hates them.
The New Testament does not oppress women. What ever you read in the New Testament and think is oppression of women may be the customs of the people of that time
Most people in the West do not hate Asians or Muslims. The people that do hate Asians usually think Asians are inferior to Europeans. Some people think Asians or Africans or Arabs or Hispanics are "less American" than European-Americans. Some people in the west associate Islam with Jihad linked terrorist groups such as Al Queda. Once again some think that Islam is not American. However, In general, Europeans and Americans don't hate Asians or Muslims.
ummm....dude seriously, do i hate Jews and non-Muslims? the answer is no. im amuslim and mostly all my friends are Jews and non Muslims. think before u ask a question. they can hurt.
Islam is the religion, Muslims are the followers. Some people claim to be Muslim but murder and oppress others for money, power, etc., or have wrong ideas about Islam and think such actions are permissible. However, one cannot judge a religion by the actions of some of its followers, or else every faith would be guilty of hideous crimes. The reality is that Islam forbids violence except in self defense, and most Muslims abide by that.
i think its a...
Muslims think that the people will worship muhhamad instead of Allah
some people believe it but some people think that it is not real such as Muslims
Since there are more than 1.6 Billion Muslims in every country on this planet, the proper answer is from "humans." But I think you mean to ask who are the Arab Muslims descended from? Arabs are descended from Abraham's first son, Ishmaeel (through wife Hagar). Thus the Arabs and Jews are cousins as the Jews are descened from Abraham's second son, Isacc (through Sarah). Abraham did have several other sons besides these two!
What do Muslims as in people think of Allah. They submit and worship to him. Islam as in the religion was created by Allah.
2.5 % I think
I think Muslims perfected geometry and geometric art at the same time that they did not allow people or animals in their art.
